Responsibilities:Effectively communicate and present design work to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure project deadlines are consistently met. Ensure brand consistency across all projects tailored to each client's unique requirements. Contribute positively to our dynamic company culture as a team player. Requirements:A Bachelor's or College Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in visual design. Preferably a Supervisor or experienced professional with over 5 years in Arts, Creative, or Graphics Design. Ability to contribute efficiently and swiftly to design and development projects. A robust portfolio showcasing your design passion and visual communication skills. Strong proficiency in creative problem-solving, strategic brainstorming, and execution. In-depth knowledge of creating intuitive interactions, user interfaces, and responsive design systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Comprehensive understanding of web interactivity, information architecture, hierarchy, and layout principles. Experience designing for various digital platforms and interactive experiences, including mobile applications. Familiarity with multi-touch and gesture-based experiences across mobile and tablet devices, along with connected, multi-channel experiences. Proficiency in current interactive technologies, best practices, and emerging trends in digital design.
