In this role, you will spearhead the development of significant projects, championing best practices across the team and facilitating technical discussions. You will proactively identify risks, effectively communicate them to stakeholders, and ask the right questions to advance projects. As a Senior Web Engineer, you will:
- Own the development of large-scale projects with a focus on rigorous and efficient engineering processes.
- Write detailed specifications and assess risks to minimize complexity.
- Lead initiatives to successful completion while staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Act as a subject matter expert, representing your team with cross-team credibility.
- Mentor and cultivate the talent within your team, sharing this responsibility collaboratively with your manager.
