tgs is hiring an SEO Specialist for the Client Services Department in Denver, Colorado. This role shapes and drives digital marketing initiatives, working closely with the Sales team to promote digital marketing services and data-focused strategies to both new and existing clients. Building trust and providing actionable insights are central to this position, along with ensuring high-quality project delivery and measurable outcomes.

This position focuses on developing and executing international SEO strategies across a range of industries, including both B2B and B2C. The goal: increase online visibility and help clients expand their reach through organic search in the global marketplace.

The SEO Specialist brings hands-on experience across all areas of search engine optimization. Strong communication skills are important for explaining complex SEO concepts to clients and team members. Success in this role requires a commercial mindset, a client-focused approach, and the ability to manage stakeholders and teams in both the US and EMEA regions. Organizational skills, time management, and cross-cultural communication are essential for balancing quality, performance, and growth.

This position reports to the Digital Marketing Strategist and plays a key role in supporting data-driven account growth. Responsibilities include defining strategies, optimizing performance, and reporting on KPIs and ROI.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with account management to grow international SEO and performance services for clients, including support for strategic proposals and pitches.
  • Mentor and assist junior team members within client services and production departments.
  • Lead research and planning efforts, such as audits, competitor and keyword research, and content gap analyses. Present findings and recommendations to senior colleagues and clients.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-regional SEO strategies by global digital production teams, coordinating with client headquarters, local stakeholders, and agency partners as needed.
  • Take responsibility for performance monitoring and reporting for assigned accounts. Work with the digital data analyst to create performance dashboards and deliver monthly insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously evaluate and select tools and templates to strengthen SEO offerings, integrating them into current workflows and processes.
  • Stay current with SEO trends, technologies, and market developments, sharing relevant updates with colleagues and clients.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
