Responsibilities:Guide customers throughout their experience, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Conduct thorough inspections and rigorous vehicle intake processes, identifying and reporting any visible damage or wear. Receive new vehicles and document transport damages on PDI vehicles, ensuring accurate annotation on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and processing the appropriate internal documentation. Manage and facilitate courtesy vehicle agreements, coordinating rental requests for clients as needed, including arranging Lyft rides for added convenience. Maintain customer satisfaction index (CSI) as a key performance indicator, actively ensuring that customers are delighted with the quality of service.

Service Advisor
