Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a talented and strategic Service Designer to join our Experience Design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting human-centered services that integrate digital and physical interactions seamlessly. Your strong systems thinking, profound user empathy, and skill in simplifying complex business challenges will be key to delivering coherent, scalable, and valuable service experiences.
As a Service Design Manager, you will shape comprehensive service experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding user behaviors, mapping service ecosystems, and coordinating interactions across various channels and stakeholders. Your ability to visualize, prototype, and communicate service concepts will ensure a cohesive customer journey.
Collaboration will be essential in this role, as you will work closely with strategists, UX designers, researchers, business analysts, and technologists to ensure that services are user-friendly, viable for business, and operationally feasible.
