We are seeking a competent and motivated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at fuku. In this role, you will efficiently allocate manpower to meet both project and operational demands, ensuring that tasks are prioritized and rescheduled as necessary to accommodate changing deadlines. You will provide daily technical guidance and support to technicians, upholding high standards of workmanship while supervising service teams responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning systems.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing and inspecting work performed by technicians to guarantee quality and accuracy both before and after project completion. You will also be expected to execute backup support during emergencies or breakdowns after office hours. Attending site surveys, tender briefings, and meetings with owners or main contractors is vital for ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
In addition, you will work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and seamless service operations. Monitoring the efficiency of the current team and implementing improvements to enhance performance and service quality will also be key components of your role. Providing technical advice and coordination support for service-related issues and customer breakdown cases is essential. Adherence to company standards, procedures, safety, and health policies is a must.
