The Property Accountant will manage the financial aspects of a portfolio of properties, including the income statement and balance sheet. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong willingness to contribute to a rapidly growing and unique organization. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized, proactive, and possess a proven track record of performance. This vital position serves as the bridge between the Accounting and Finance Department and the Operations Team, focusing on their financial outcomes. Candidates should have foundational knowledge in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable, and receivables. This is a Full-Time temporary position for a minimum of 90 days, with the potential for a permanent Full-Time role. Prepare and assist in the review of monthly financial statements for various properties.Manage monthly general ledger close, analysis, bank reconciliation review, journal entries, and invoice/payable research.
