Desired Profile:A recognized higher education diploma at Level 7 RNCP, such as a Caferius or a Master’s in the field of ESSMS;At least 3 years of supervisory experience;Familiarity with housing, stabilization, and integration systems to combat exclusion, along with knowledge of the associated community networks;Understanding of legislation related to access to rights governing housing and child protection;Strong organizational skills, with capabilities in observation, listening, analysis, and reflection.

Social & Co is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee operations at a post-hospital Care and Rehabilitation Unit (CHU) located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, along with two family housing facilities in the 12th and 18th arrondissements.

In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of social workers, socio-educational assistants, and support staff, focused on welcoming and assisting individuals whose social, administrative, and financial situations require guidance towards mainstream support services.

The team is committed to providing comprehensive support across all aspects of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective implementation of the social project for all individuals at the CHU;
  • Manage the service’s budgetary oversight;
  • Ensure the safety of property and individuals across all sites;
  • Monitor and enhance the quality and functionality of equipment;
  • Organize and supervise team workflows within the facilities;
  • Contribute to and support projects initiated by service professionals;
  • Encourage communication through a participative management style;
  • Facilitate regular meetings with service professionals;
  • Develop and coordinate relationships with institutional partners and community networks;
  • Ensure high-quality interventions, adhering to ethical and professional standards.
