Qualifications
Your daily responsibilities will encompass:Service Delivery Managing service scheduling for all contract and job sales, effectively addressing clients' service inquiries within your portfolio; Coordinating with Service Supervisors to ensure timely preparation and monitoring of fixed schedules for your designated zone; Assisting the Service team in communicating service-related issues and treatment schedules to customers; Submitting monthly State of Service (SOS) reports accurately and on time; Preparing Service Order Reports (SOR) of confirmed schedules for delivery to Service Supervisors; Recording treatment data daily in the IBS system and forwarding all completed SORs to the Accounting/Revenue Officer for invoicing; Providing necessary documentation such as Certifications for Contracts and Termite services upon client requests. Administration and Policy Directive Ensuring timely and accurate submission of all required reports and returns, in compliance with local and regional business standards; Monitoring the availability and completeness of necessary documents like Treatment Instructions and Account Checklists for New Business and Jobs Sales before scheduling services; Proposing and implementing policies that enhance service productivity and quality, minimize customer complaints, and reduce business risks; Maintaining precise records and ensuring timely submission of all reports and required documents to management. Customer Development Ensuring effective coordination, monitoring, and handling of customer issues to enhance client satisfaction.
