Position Overview:
We are currently searching for a Service Supervisor at our Coppell, Texas office. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating field employees to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of technicians by setting and enforcing customer service standards.
- Lead and develop staff to enhance their skills and prepare them for future advancement through effective communication, coaching, and training.
- Manage workforce efficiently to minimize labor variances.
- Assess staffing needs and ensure compliance with company policies regarding hiring, counseling, and termination.
- Ensure accurate work orders and picking lists for warehouse inventory management, minimizing inventory investment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
