Job Description:

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to assist with the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Technical Lead and collaborate with other ServiceNow Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on project initiatives.
Engage with business and technical stakeholders to capture, define, and document comprehensive requirements, use cases, and technical solutions.
Demonstrated experience in Agile Scrum projects, including support for Agile Scrum ceremonies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
Experience in developing custom applications.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
