Job Description:
We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to assist with the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of innovative technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Technical Lead and collaborate with other ServiceNow Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on project initiatives.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to capture, define, and document comprehensive requirements, use cases, and technical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile Scrum projects, including support for Agile Scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
- Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience in developing custom applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
