You thrive in a collaborative, innovative team atmosphere where ideas flow freely, transforming into actionable solutions.The work:Guide Agile Teams to successful project delivery while meeting contract commitments through the application of lean and agile values, principles, and practices.Creatively adapt agile methodologies to project-oriented contracts.Plan and facilitate agile events that add value and promote engagement.Assist in the creation and refinement of key artifacts, including Definitions of Ready and Definitions of Done.Make work progress transparent by utilizing charts, reports, and other tools to convey real-time updates.Support teams in identifying, resolving, and escalating risks and impediments.Provide coaching to agile teams on effective story definition, prioritization, and estimation methods.Establish new teams, clarifying ways of working and agreements.Ensure Agile Teams have access to necessary tools, resources, and personnel for successful delivery.Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating assessments and providing data to identify enhancement goals.
