As a System Administrator specializing in ServiceNow, you will be a key player in the Infrastructure Asset Management team at our San Mateo, CA headquarters. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement the integration roadmap connecting ServiceNow with our internal systems (such as Jira, NetDB, and NetSuite). You will also ensure compliance with security standards, SOX regulations, and auditing processes at Roblox. Experience collaborating with Data Center Operations, Accounting, Procurement, Networking, Software Engineering, and third-party vendors, along with a keen understanding of physical asset tracking, will be essential.
This role is located at our San Mateo, CA HQ and reports to the Lead Asset Manager, Data Center.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and architect ServiceNow configurations and customizations, alongside daily administration tasks including user and role management, ACL configuration, and system maintenance.
- Oversee system health by managing platform upgrades, patches, cloning, and scheduled jobs.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, scripted APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and MID Server.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor data flows, and ensure stable, secure connectivity.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams with Finance and Engineering to ensure SOX Compliance through automation.
- Ensure the platform adheres to organizational security standards and governance policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams on testing processes and release management.
