The Role

Veeva is seeking a dedicated Services Lead to enhance our MedTech clients through the implementation of advanced Regulatory Solutions. As a Services Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing successful implementations while cultivating long-lasting relationships with your clients.

In this role, you will:

Ensure success for both customers and employees
Guide clients and collaborate with delivery teams
Promote MedTech best practices to achieve implementation excellence
Encourage the development of innovative materials to facilitate successful delivery
Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes for clients

This position is remote, based in the US, with a requirement for availability during Eastern or Central Time and some travel will be necessary.
