About the Role
As a Shift Lead at DashMart, you will be a vital part of our dynamic team, thriving in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a motivated individual who is ready to engage actively in daily operations within the fulfillment center. You will support Site Management by overseeing shifts, delegating tasks, and ensuring the smooth fulfillment of orders, which may also include food preparation in some locations.

- Be an Owner: Take charge of your assigned shifts, overseeing warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, and staff training. Ensure accountability for inventory and equipment management to prevent loss or theft.
- Delight Customers: Guarantee that customer orders are fulfilled with high quality, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring seamless Dasher pickups.
- Lead: Guide Operations Associates during shifts, promoting safe and productive teamwork while serving as the primary point of escalation for daily operations.
- One Team One Fight: Collaborate across warehouse and kitchen operations, assisting with daily tasks and setting a positive example for your team. You will foster professional and respectful interactions with both team members and customers.
- Help Improve Operations: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance quality and customer experience.
