YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SHIFT LEADER:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products to enhance every guest's experience in our bakery.
• Assist store leadership in maintaining operations during your shift by communicating essential information, monitoring production efficiency, and ensuring team accountability to company standards and procedures, while also supporting the training and coaching of team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks related to baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while guiding the Cookie Crew team.
• Collaborate closely with the Cookie Crew.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for both guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices.
• Oversee cash handling and deposits.
