YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SHIFT LEADER:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality products to all guests during their visits to our bakery

• Assist store leadership by overseeing operations during your shift, communicating essential information, monitoring production effectiveness, holding team members to company standards, and participating in the training and coaching of staff

• Prioritize and allocate tasks related to baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the Cookie Crew team

• Collaborate closely with the Cookie Crew

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices

• Oversee cash handling and deposits
