YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SHIFT LEADER:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products to all guests during their visit to our bakeries

• Assist store leadership in maintaining smooth operations during your shift, effectively communicating essential information, monitoring production efficiency, and ensuring the team adheres to company standards and procedures while supporting training and coaching of team members

• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashier duties, packaging, and cleaning while leading the Cookie Crew

• Collaborate and work alongside the Cookie Crew

• Ensure a safe and clean working environment for our guests and staff while adhering to safe food handling practices

• Oversee cash handling and deposits
