We expect from you:Experience in manufacturing companies (electronics, mechanics, telecommunications, or radio electronics is a plus). Leadership experience of over 1 year (preferably in the manufacturing sector). Good foundation in optimizing and improving production processes. Ability to build a team, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive emotional climate. Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office). English language proficiency at B1-B2 level. Knowledge of Russian and experience in a manufacturing company will be considered an advantage.

About the job

In this role, you will:

Oversee the organization of the production process, including the transfer of semi-finished products to other departments.
Participate in the implementation of the 5S system in production areas and have ample opportunities to execute ideas for production efficiency improvements.
Ensure the quality of production processes and the products being manufactured.
Plan and allocate resources according to the production schedule for specific days.
Achieve shift objectives, perform results analysis, and provide reports.
Delegate responsibilities to subordinate employees, evaluate their performance, and assess the quality of their work.
Ensure workplace safety.
Work shifts, 5 days a week, totaling 40 hours per week.
