Join our dynamic team as a Shift Supervisor at Teltonika, located in Vilnius, Lithuania. We are expanding our workforce to support our electronics manufacturing division.
At Teltonika, our electronics manufacturing units are dedicated to the creation and assembly of our devices, ranging from prototypes to high-volume production runs. Utilizing advanced automation and robotics, we transform complex ideas into fully developed products.

In this role, you will:
- Work in shifts (I: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM; II: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; III: 11:30 PM - 6:30 AM).
- Be responsible for organizing the production process, from the arrival of components to the transfer of finished semi-finished products to other departments.
- Participate in the implementation of the LEAN system and have ample opportunities to execute production efficiency improvement ideas.
- Ensure the quality of production processes and the manufactured products.
- Plan and reallocate resources based on the production schedule for the day.
- Achieve shift objectives, analyze results, and provide reports.
- Delegate responsibilities to subordinate staff, assess their performance, and evaluate the quality of their work.
- Ensure workplace safety.
- Work in clean-room environments that meet standard requirements.
What we expect from you:
- A higher education degree in electronics, mechanics, telecommunications, or radio electronics is preferred.
- Strong foundation in optimizing and improving manufacturing processes.
- Ability to apply Lean and PPI tools.
- Capability to build a team, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive emotional climate.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- English language skills at B1-B2 level.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Russian at least at B1 level.
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
- Experience working with optical device assembly in clean-room environments.
- Valid firearm permit.
