Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service while achieving operational and financial goals. You will execute the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and support the Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations. In the absence of both the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee team activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and a high standard of service.
