Position Overview:
The Shift Supervisor plays a pivotal role in leading the store team to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving operational and financial targets. This role encompasses all responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative, alongside assisting the Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. In the absence of both the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the Shift Supervisor effectively directs the team’s activities.
