Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team to ensure our store provides exceptional customer service, meets operational objectives, and adheres to company policies. You will perform all responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will guide the activities of all team members.
