Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will take on a leadership role, ensuring our store meets operational objectives and financial targets while delivering exemplary customer service. You will perform all functions of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will oversee team activities and ensure a culture of excellence.
