Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead your team in delivering outstanding customer service while achieving operational and financial objectives. You will execute the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative while supporting the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of senior management, you will guide the store team to maintain excellence and compliance with company policies.
