Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in retail or customer service, with a proven track record of leadership and team management. Excellent communication skills, a strong customer-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask are essential. Familiarity with cash handling and transaction processing is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
