Position Overview:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead our store team to provide exceptional customer service while achieving operational and financial targets. You will take on the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and support the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of senior management, you will guide the team to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service delivery.
