Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to provide exceptional customer service while achieving operational and financial goals. You will take on the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and support the Assistant Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will guide the activities of the team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
