Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will take a pivotal role in leading our team to ensure that we provide exceptional customer service while achieving operational and financial objectives. You will perform the duties of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will lead the team and oversee all activities.
