Position Overview: As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving operational objectives and adhering to company policies. You will take on the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. During the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will guide the team to ensure smooth operations.
