Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving operational and financial objectives. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager with daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all team members and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
