The Role
As a Short-Term Rental Service Technician, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our homes are well-maintained, clean, stocked, and guest-ready. You will address urgent guest needs, conduct routine inspections, and perform preventative maintenance. Collaborating closely with the Team Lead and Back of House Coordinator, you will manage tasks, supplies, and vendor relationships effectively.
This position demands a comprehensive maintenance skill set and a strong service orientation. You will be integral to the local Back of House team, overseeing multiple properties within your designated market.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance, including HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repairs, light plumbing, electrical work, and basic cable/Wi-Fi resets.
- Quickly and professionally address guest-reported issues during their stay.
- Assist with turnovers and readiness work, including light patching, assembly, and touch-ups.
- Conduct thorough property inspections to maintain standard quality.
