Summary
Trexon is excited to announce an opening for a Site Controller in Cicoil operations, based in Valencia, CA. This pivotal finance leadership role is designed to provide essential support to the operational site and its management team. The Site Controller's primary responsibility is to ensure precise accounting records and to guide financial decision-making processes, ultimately driving financial transformation for the operations.
Reporting directly to Trexon’s Controller, the Site Controller will uphold corporate accounting policies at the site, ensuring robust accounting controls for accurate financial records. The role involves leading initiatives to optimize financial processes and enhance departmental performance. A significant aspect of this position is the utilization of advanced ERP systems and digital tools to promote growth, boost productivity, and guarantee compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
The Site Controller's duties include overseeing accounting operations, managing finances and cash flow, and implementing strategies that align financial practices with the organization's goals. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, the Site Controller is instrumental in shaping financial strategies that propel the unit forward.
