The Site Management Team Supervisor at SpectrumAM plays a key role in shaping operational standards and fostering strong community relations within the Dallas division. This position works directly with Division Leadership and the Manager of Site Inspections, overseeing activities across assigned territories. The focus is on implementing strategies that support community well-being while ensuring compliance with property regulations and governing documents.
Each day, the supervisor manages operations, nurtures a positive team culture, and contributes to long-term planning and development. A proactive approach and close attention to detail help address challenges and improve service delivery in partnership with local division leaders.
Effective communication is essential in this role. The supervisor connects the Site Management Team, the Manager, and division leaders to keep everyone aligned with company goals. Responsibilities also include mentoring and training team members, conducting performance reviews, and building a collaborative work environment. Coordination with local leadership ensures site management efforts support SpectrumAM’s broader objectives and the division’s ongoing success.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations with the Manager of Site Inspections, maintaining efficiency and consistency across divisions.
- Manage department operations in line with SpectrumAM’s strategic vision and uphold high service standards.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of property codes relevant to all markets served.
- Interpret governing documents accurately and thoroughly.
- Understand backend systems such as CINC Manager, CINC Systems, Spectrum and JellyBird apps, and CINC WebAxis.
- Promote cross-divisional support and collaboration among teams.
- Conduct quarterly audits and reviews to ensure a thorough understanding of property bullet point forms.
