About the job

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and staff at the location. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing facility services across various sites, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that the quality of our services is maintained at all times.

Your key responsibilities include:

Leading teams in hospitality, security, catering, and cleaning at your locations;
Conducting interviews, mentoring staff, and being visibly engaged on the floor;
Maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities and risks, and confidently addressing challenging discussions;
Overseeing the quality of all services and making necessary adjustments;
Managing budgets, margins, invoices, and contractual obligations.

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will maintain a hands-on approach, understanding the dynamics on the floor and taking responsibility for outcomes.
