Master’s Degree (MSc) in a related field with over 5 years of relevant experience is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles. Exceptional communication and coordination skills. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
