Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering principles, including the development and management of effective Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) aimed at ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction. Familiarity with contemporary observability tools, techniques, and best practices, such as Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, and PagerDuty. Proficient in programming languages including Python, Golang, and JavaScript. Experience with modern software development methodologies and lifecycles. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation and orchestration tools like Ansible and Terraform. Previous experience in a large-scale, 24/7 enterprise environment where system uptime and stability are crucial to the business. A strong interest in industry trends, particularly in Platform Engineering. Proficiency in shell scripting for automation and system management tasks.
