Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Appointment Setter who excels in outreach, relationship-building, and strategic growth. In this role, you will lead client acquisition efforts, drive staffing initiatives, and foster business expansion through effective cold calling, networking, and consultative selling methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cold calls and follow-ups to prospective clients, introducing GPS’s outsourcing and staffing solutions.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Efficiently manage and optimize CRM pipelines to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and conversions.
  • Create customized business proposals and successfully close new client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Oversee all aspects of staffing operations, from sourcing to deployment, ensuring quality alignment between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients to cultivate and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor key business metrics (conversion rate, retention, revenue per client) and propose strategic improvement initiatives.
