The Role
We are in search of an enthusiastic and talented Bartender to become a key member of our dynamic team. In this position, you will create exquisite drinks, provide unforgettable guest experiences, and maintain the esteemed standards that our bar is known for. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable bar service.
What You’ll Do
- Craft and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to the highest standards.
- Provide outstanding guest service with warmth, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure precision in daily inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
- Collaborate with the bar team and Kevin Armstrong to infuse creativity and consistency into the cocktail menu.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cocktail bar or high-end restaurant environment.
- A solid grasp of mixology, wine, and spirits.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative team spirit.
- The ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Eligibility to work in the UK, with flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.
Benefits
- Competitive Pay & Earning Potential
- £15.50 – £16.50 per hour typical take-home pay, including a discretionary share of the service charge (tronc).
- Hours & Rota: Full-time, 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance.
(OFF every Sunday & Monday) - Holiday: 28 days per year including public holidays (pro rata).
