Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute general carpentry tasks including framing, sheathing, and wall, floor, and ceiling installation. Assemble and install cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim in modular units. Interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and digital plans with accuracy. Utilize hand and power tools with precision. Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards. Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades to meet deadlines. Communicate proactively with supervisors and peers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Assist in the organization and flow of materials to enhance production efficiency. Maintain proper storage and handling of tools and materials. Adhere to safety protocols and keep workspaces orderly. Perform routine maintenance on carpentry tools and equipment. Essential QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Strong understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
