Core Responsibilities:Travel to customer locations to conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of state-of-the-art diesel and natural gas generators (e.g., CAT, Cummins, Generac, Kohler). Effectively troubleshoot and diagnose issues with power generation equipment, including Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and generator controls, both AC and DC. Respond promptly to customer sites to perform emergency maintenance, ensuring swift diagnosis and repair of generator equipment. Complete necessary documentation accurately and on time, utilizing company systems to assess and report on urgency and service needs.
