Key Responsibilities:Pipeline Development & Qualification:Engage with inbound leads and collaborate with a BDR to create outbound opportunities. Qualify prospects through discovery calls, identifying their goals and challenges. Conduct account research to personalize outreach strategies. Sales Execution:Lead the full sales cycle, from discovery to pricing and contract closure. Customize product demonstrations and presentations to align with client needs. Address objections and facilitate prospects through their purchasing journey. Growth & Expansion:Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets. Identify upselling and expansion opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot). Team Collaboration:Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to drive success.

About the Opportunity
As an SMB Account Executive located in Australia (hybrid role: 3 days in-office), you will partner with a Business Development Representative (BDR) to cultivate a strong sales pipeline and oversee the complete sales process from initial discovery to final closure. You will engage with small and mid-sized enterprises within the leisure industry, playing a crucial role in the expansion of our market presence.
