We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager for our expanding SME team in Surabaya. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in SME Banking and thrive in the dynamic environment of a growth-oriented fintech.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for SME financing, nurturing existing relationships and addressing inquiries from potential SME clients.
  • Assess borrower needs to develop tailored, innovative, and high-value customer solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and negotiate terms with prospective customers.
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding with both new and existing clients to identify specific business requirements and potential sales barriers.
  • Participate actively in preparing major project and partnership proposals as needed.
