This position focuses on developing and executing social media strategies that support brand recognition, community engagement, and business objectives. Main responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and raise brand awareness.
- Create and curate content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments or messages.
- Monitor and analyze social metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with broader campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand relevant.
- Engage with community members, influencers, and partners to foster relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or pharmacy.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to produce multimedia content, including graphics and videos.
- Organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable managing several projects at once.
- Creative mindset paired with strategic thinking skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media marketing regulations in healthcare is an advantage.
