About the Role (Your Responsibilities)
We are in search of a Social Media Manager to enhance Juniper’s social presence in the UK.
You will lead the strategy and daily operations across various platforms in the UK. This role offers significant ownership and impact at the intersection of brand, performance, and product.
- Developing and implementing our social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
- Collaborating with our Content Creative to produce engaging, socially-focused content.
- Managing content calendars to ensure timely and consistent publishing.
- Scheduling and posting across channels using social tools and platform-specific features.
- Engaging with comments and messages to foster a trusted and supportive community.
- Monitoring performance metrics to optimize strategy.
