About the Role and Mission
You will be a key member of Inter's Insurance team, working within the Capitalization, Health, and/or Consortium squads. Your role will involve developing back-end solutions that directly impact the financial lives of millions of users in our Super App, in a dynamic, relaxed environment with technologies that foster your growth.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance back-end functionalities for the Consortium, Capitalization, and Health products within the Insurance area of the Super App.
- Implement and maintain integrations with external and internal partners via REST APIs.
- Work with microservices architecture using Java (Micronaut/Spring).
- Participate in the agile ceremonies of the squad and collaborate actively with the team.
- Write clean, testable, and high-quality code.
- Explore technologies such as AWS, Kafka, and Kubernetes in your daily work.
- Engage with the business area of Inter Insurance to transform requirements into tangible solutions.
