Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and oversee multiple software development teams, establishing clear performance expectations, offering ongoing feedback, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to promote robust team dynamics.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain premier engineering talent while effectively managing development resources and budgets.
- Shape technical strategy and engage in critical architectural and technical decisions, ensuring compliance with coding standards, best practices, and initiatives that bolster scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, addressing risks and dependencies to secure timely, high-quality delivery within budget.
- Work closely with product owners, infrastructure, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical plans, communicate progress and risks, and align technical solutions with business goals.
