About the job
About Us
At Passthrough, we believe that investing in private equity and venture capital should be as effortless as buying stocks through platforms like Robinhood. Unfortunately, the current process often requires filling out cumbersome 200+ page forms. We are revolutionizing this experience by streamlining investor onboarding, fund closing, and compliance processes. Our innovative workflows simplify the steps for investors, allowing them to focus on what truly matters.
Since our inception in 2020, we have successfully processed tens of billions of dollars and assisted over 50,000 investors in completing their documents in as little as two minutes. We aim to modernize an outdated, manual approach and create a scalable, user-friendly solution.
