The Role
Picture this: a team member in Slack requests Viktor to reconcile their Stripe payouts. In under a minute, Viktor executes the task live, leading to new client acquisitions through word of mouth. Your mission? Enhance Viktor’s capabilities, making it indispensable for an ever-growing user base and setting a benchmark for others to aspire to.
As part of our Munich-based engineering team, you will collaborate closely with the founders, take ownership of significant aspects of our product, and witness your code go live on the same day you write it.
What You'll Do
- Develop the agent runtime. Focus on sandboxed execution, tool orchestration, and memory management to transform user requests into actionable API calls.
- Create integrations. Connect with popular tools such as Salesforce, Notion, Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Shopify. Your work on OAuth, webhooks, schema mapping, and error handling will enable us to broaden our customer base.
- Manage infrastructure. With over 600K tool calls daily, ensure our operations remain efficient and cost-effective through container orchestration and autoscaling.
- Deliver product features. See your work come to life as users interact with features you developed via Slack and Teams within hours.
- Embrace diverse challenges. In a small team, you will tackle a variety of tasks, many of which may go beyond this description.
How You'll Know You're Succeeding
You will be actively deploying to production, with your contributions noted in the changelog. Your innovations will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention. In emergencies, your comprehensive understanding of the system will empower you to resolve issues efficiently. Founders will spend less time coding as you take on responsibilities they once held.
