The Role
Picture this: a team member in Slack requests Viktor to reconcile their Stripe payouts against their financial records. In less than a minute, Viktor completes the task. This success results in new customers joining our platform. Your mission will be to enhance Viktor's capabilities, increasing reliability and expanding our customer base. You'll be a pioneer, creating a platform that others will aspire to replicate.
In Warsaw, our product, growth, and engineering teams collaborate closely. You'll work alongside individuals who interact with customers daily, partner directly with the founders, take ownership of significant product areas, and see your code in production on the very same day you write it.
What You'll Do
Develop the agent runtime. Create a sandboxed execution environment, orchestrate tools, and manage memory. This is the core of Viktor that translates Slack commands into actionable items through real APIs.
Implement integrations. We connect with thousands of tools like Salesforce, Notion, Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Shopify, and more, based on customer requests. You'll handle OAuth, webhooks, schema mapping, and error management, unlocking new customer opportunities with each integration.
Manage infrastructure. With over 600,000 tool calls daily, ensure Viktor remains fast and cost-effective through container orchestration, autoscaling, and task management.
Deliver product features. Features will go live directly to users via Slack and Teams, allowing you to witness them being utilized within hours.
Adapt to various challenges. As part of a small team, you will tackle diverse tasks that may not be outlined here.
How You'll Know You're Succeeding
You’ll be pushing updates to production daily, and your contributions will be evident in the changelog.
A feature you’ve developed will directly contribute to a customer's success.
If Viktor encounters issues at 3 AM, you'll be equipped to resolve them, having a comprehensive understanding of the system.
Founders will write less code as you take over areas they previously managed.
